BA Steel Engineering has been detailing steel here in the United States for over a decade. The backbone of our business fundamentals is to provide superior customer service within the detailing and engineering community. We provide a service our customers can count on as we employ the necessary resources to not only accommodate stringent timelines, but to maintain our strict policy of not exceeding 80% of our capacity for new work. This translates to our customers can count on us to always be there providing the same quality work while never turning down a project due to capacity concerns that many detailing firms face. We also recognize that support staff are crucial for a detailing company, so our project manager’s sole purpose is to keep our customer’s projects organized within our network and maintain a direct line of communication.
